MacGregor Black is partnering with a food and snacking manufacturer on the appointment of a National Account Manager – Co-manufacturing.
You will strengthen existing manufacturing partnerships and identify new opportunities that fit the business’s capabilities. Working closely with technical, NPD, finance, planning and operations, you will turn customer requirements into commercially sound, deliverable programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop assigned co-manufacturing customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new partners and projects that fit site capability and capacity.
- Lead commercial discussions covering specifications, costs, volumes, forecasts and terms.
- Coordinate customer briefs, feasibility work, trials and launches across internal teams.
- Assess opportunities against margin, complexity, capacity and long-term potential.
- Maintain clear communication between customers and manufacturing sites.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in co-manufacturing, contract manufacturing or a comparable manufacturing-led commercial role.
- A record of developing new business as well as managing established partners.
- Strong costing, negotiation and project management skills.
- The ability to understand production constraints without losing commercial momentum.
- Confidence working directly with sites and challenging proposals that do not stack up.
