NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – CONSUMER BEAUTY DIVISION
SALES & COMMERCIAL
SW19 – Wimbledon (2 to 3 days per week in the office)

As part of Coty's Consumer Beauty Division, you will play a key role in driving the growth and strategic direction of our business across leading UK retail partners. This role combines commercial ownership, customer leadership, strategic thinking, innovation and operational excellence to deliver sustainable growth across a portfolio of category-leading beauty brands.
More than a traditional account management role, this is an opportunity to operate at the centre of a fast-moving, highly visible business, influencing commercial decisions, building strategic retailer partnerships and helping shape the future of how Beauty is discovered, shopped and experienced. Working across brands including Rimmel London, Max Factor, Sally Hansen, Adidas, Manhattan and Bourjois, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful commercial impact while accelerating your own career growth within one of the world's leading beauty companies.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, EXECUTE!
As our National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, profit and market share growth across a strategic customer portfolio, developing long-term partnerships that deliver sustainable value for both Coty and our retail partners.
You will lead customer planning, commercial negotiations, forecasting and execution across a portfolio of iconic Consumer Beauty brands, while identifying innovative opportunities to unlock growth and strengthen Coty's position within the market.
You are a commercially ambitious professional who understands the UK retail landscape and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Combining strategic thinking with commercial acumen and strong stakeholder management skills, you will transform customer opportunities into commercially impactful plans that drive growth, strengthen partnerships and elevate brand performance.
Deliver Strategic Business Growth
- Lead the creation and execution of Joint Business Plans across your customer portfolio.
- Translate brand, category and commercial objectives into actionable customer strategies that deliver sustainable growth.
- Drive sales, profit and market share performance while identifying new opportunities to outperform the market.
- Influence customer decisions through compelling insight, category expertise and data-driven recommendations.
- Shape how the beauty category grows within your accounts through innovative thinking and entrepreneurial leadership.
- Build commercial plans that deliver mutual value for both Coty and its retail partners.
Manage Commercial Performance & Operational Excellence
- Own customer forecasting, budgeting and performance management processes.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and identify risks and opportunities proactively.
- Manage promotional planning, commercial investment and customer profitability.
- Analyse performance trends and customer data to generate actionable insights.
- Ensure outstanding execution of launches, activations and annual trading plans.
- Continuously identify improvements that drive efficiency, effectiveness and business growth.
Drive Consumer Beauty Brand Leadership
- Partner with Marketing and Category teams to bring category-leading beauty experiences to customers and consumers.
- Lead the execution of innovation launches, retailer activations and seasonal campaigns across some of the most recognised brands on the market.
- Maximise in-store and digital opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, recruitment and loyalty.
- Create customer plans that accelerate category growth while building long-term brand equity.
- Identify opportunities to drive penetration, distribution, visibility and shopper conversion.
- Champion a consumer-first mindset that balances commercial performance with sustainable brand growth.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are passionate about Beauty, Commercial Excellence and building strategic partnerships that drive business growth. You combine strong commercial acumen with analytical thinking and relationship-building skills, enabling you to influence decisions, unlock opportunities and deliver outstanding results.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy taking ownership and have the confidence to challenge the status quo with innovative ideas.
Most importantly, you are ambitious, entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to become a future commercial leader.
Other than that, you bring:
- Experience in National Account Management, Customer Development or Commercial roles.
- Experience within beauty, FMCG, personal care, retail or consumer goods environments.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering commercial growth.
- Strong forecasting, planning and analytical capabilities.
- Experience managing budgets, promotional investment and customer profitability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Experience collaborating effectively across multiple business functions.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience working with data-driven decision making and commercial reporting.
- Curiosity around technology, AI and emerging commercial capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
