Why should you care?

Because this doesn't come round often, a genuine global phenomenon, still fresh in the UK, and a blank page in your channel.

  • You won't be babysitting a mature brand or squeezing another half-percent out of a tired range.
  • You'll be building. New listings. New wholesalers. New reasons for shoppers to grab it at the till.
  • The kind of launch you'll still be talking about in ten years.
  • And you won't be doing it alone or on a shoestring.
  • This brand sits inside one of the biggest food manufacturers on the planet — 33 countries, serious firepower and a strategy that's already worked market after market.
  • The budget's there. The ambition's there. The appetite's there.

What's missing is you.

What makes this one different

  • Real ownership. These are your accounts, your relationships, your calls.
  • Real access. Senior people in the group who'll actually listen — not five layers away.
  • Real momentum. You're joining a rocket, not pushing a boulder uphill.
  • Real freedom. Trusted to run your customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll actually do

  • Own the national accounts across convenience and cash & carry
  • Win brand new customers, then grow the ones you land
  • Get it stocked, get it seen, keep it moving — front and centre, not gathering dust
  • Build the plans, the promotions and the relationships that turn a hyped launch into a permanent fixture
  • Spot the angles nobody else has — because in this channel, the sharp ones win

Who we're after

  • You've lived in convenience and cash & carry. You know the buyers, the wholesalers, the symbol groups and the way this channel really moves. That bit's non-negotiable — bring the experience.
  • Past that, we want fire. A challenger who makes people stop and look. Someone who thinks sideways when everyone else goes in a straight line. Someone who sees a brand this hot and thinks, "right, let's not waste a second of it."

Impulse background is a lovely bonus. But it's your feel for the channel and your hunger to build something that'll get you the conversation.

We rate skills and experience. We don't worship it. Bring the graft and the instinct and we'll talk.
