NAM ECommerce
London-based | Food SME
Up to £65k basic, 20% bonus, £5k car allowance etc.
We’re looking for an ambitious NAM – E-Commerce to join a growing London-based food SME and take ownership of some of the most exciting digital retail channels in the market.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys the commercial side of account management but also has a genuine understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce growth.
You’ll be responsible for managing and growing key online accounts including Amazon (working closely with an external agency), Ocado and TikTok Shop, alongside other e-commerce and digital retail opportunities. You’ll be equally comfortable discussing account performance, promotions and growth plans with customers as you are getting into the detail of digital content, campaigns and conversion.

The role will involve:
- Managing and growing key e-commerce accounts, including Amazon, Ocado and TikTok Shop
- Working with an external agency to drive the Amazon strategy and performance
- Building strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders
- Developing joint business plans and account growth strategies
- Supporting promotional planning, new product launches and seasonal activity
- Using digital marketing knowledge to improve visibility, content and conversion
- Analysing sales and performance data to identify opportunities
- Keeping up with the rapidly evolving e-commerce and social commerce landscape
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in Account Management, e-commerce or digital retail
- Strong commercial and relationship management skills
- A good understanding of digital marketing and how it drives e-commerce performance
- Experience with Amazon, Ocado, TikTok Shop or other online retail platforms would be highly beneficial
- The ability to work both strategically and hands-on
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to thrive in a fast-moving SME environment
