Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven National Account Manager to develop our wholesale and health food channel relationships across the UK where we have ambitious plans to grow this significantly in the next few years. This is a high-impact role responsible for delivering growth, strengthening customer partnerships and expanding distribution across not only the wholesale customers but ensuring pull through with end retailers also. There will be a wide range of existing national and regional wholesale accounts to manage, although plenty of headroom for growth. Working closely with sales support and marketing to deliver the agreed commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop relationships with key wholesale accounts, acting as the primary contact.
  • Deliver annual sales volume and value targets across the designated channel.
  • Develop and execute customer-specific joint business plans, promotional plans and commercial terms within agreed parameters.
  • Ensure promotional plans are agreed and executed effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to increase distribution, range and brand visibility.
  • Build strong cross functional relationships within different customer departments.
  • Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline and account information.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, relevant trade shows and sampling events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
