Customer Manager (Away From Home / Out of Home Channel)

UK Remote - Regular Travel Across England

We are working with a well-established food business to recruit an experienced Customer Manager to drive growth across a key portfolio of customers within the Out of Home (OOH) / Away From Home (AFH) channel.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven account manager who thrives on building customer relationships, creating growth strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. The successful individual will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence across foodservice, wholesale, route-to-market partners, and other away-from-home customer groups.

The role is remote, however it requires regular travel across England to customer locations, partner sites, industry events, and company offices. Overnight stays will be required as part of the role.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic customers, managing both existing business and identifying new opportunities to accelerate sustainable growth.

Working closely with commercial, marketing, category, finance, supply chain, and product teams, you will be responsible for delivering sales, profit, distribution, and customer engagement objectives while helping to expand the company's presence within the growing Out of Home market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
