National Account Manager (Consumer Electronics Retail)
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
The Opportunity
A market-leading consumer technology business is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of major UK Consumer Electronics retail partners. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative organisation with well-established brands and strong retailer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, delivering profitable sales growth, and executing commercial plans across key retail accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with major UK Consumer Electronics retailers.
- Deliver sales, profitability and market share objectives across assigned accounts.
- Lead annual joint business planning processes and ongoing account reviews.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional activity and trading terms.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, supply chain, finance and product management.
- Ensure excellent execution of product launches, promotional campaigns and category initiatives.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage account budgets effectively.
- Build strong senior-level relationships with key customer stakeholders.

About You
- Proven experience in a National Account Manager, Key Account Manager or similar commercial role.
- Experience managing major UK Consumer Electronics retailers is essential.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially astute with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
- Experience of joint business planning and managing retailer trade investment.
- Highly organised with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working within a dynamic environment.
