About the Client
Our client is a premier importer and distributor of fine foods, fine ingredients, and luxury artisanal produce. Supplying high-end hospitality, Michelin-starred establishments, prestige retail, and premium foodservice accounts across the UK, they are recognised for their exceptional product portfolio, culinary passion, and commitment to service excellence.
The Role
We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing National Account Manager to join their commercial team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing, growing, and managing key national accounts across premium foodservice, prestige retail, and national hospitality groups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value national key accounts, maximising sales revenue and gross margin.
- Identify and secure new commercial opportunities within target key account sectors (fine dining groups, luxury retail, premium foodservice operators).
- Create joint business plans (JBPs), formulate sales forecasts, and deliver accurate pipeline management.
- Partner closely with executive chefs, group buyers, and culinary teams to introduce market-leading seasonal and core product ranges.
- Work alongside supply chain, NPD, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure optimal service delivery and account satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated success as a Regional / National Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Senior Sales Executive within the fine food, speciality ingredient, or premium FMCG foodservice sectors.
- Strong network and deep understanding of the UK fine dining, luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or foodservice landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, business planning, financial presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for fine food, gastronomy, and high-quality artisanal ingredients.
- Proactive, commercially astute, and capable of working autonomously across the field.
