National Account Manager Foodservice – B-Corp Food SME

Milton Keynes

£50,000 - £60,000 Car Allowance: £5,000 per annum
Bonus: 10%
Pension: 6% matched
Annual Leave: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays
Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in the office

You will take responsibility for a growing Foodservice and B2B channel, with full P&L ownership and the opportunity to shape commercial strategy alongside senior stakeholders.

The business has ambitious growth plans and is investing heavily in innovation, category development and customer partnerships. If you enjoy opening new doors, building long-term relationships and turning opportunities into commercial success, you will find plenty of scope to make a visible impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Growing existing Foodservice, wholesale and B2B accounts whilst identifying and securing new commercial opportunities.
  • Building strategic account plans that deliver sustainable growth, profitability and customer value.
  • Leading negotiations, forecasting, promotional planning and day-to-day commercial management.
  • Working closely with category, marketing, finance and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.

What You'll Need to Bring

  • Experience managing Foodservice, wholesale or B2B accounts within FMCG or food manufacturing.
  • A proven track record of winning new business and developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, including P&L ownership and solution-led selling.
  • The resilience, energy and self-motivation needed to thrive in a fast-paced growth business.
