Homebased (UK) | London HQ touchpoint
Up to c.£60,000 + £6,000 car allowance + 10% bonus + benefits

The Role
Opportunity for an ambitious National Account Manager to manage a major Top 4 grocery account within a high-performing customer team.
- Full ownership of a significant P&L, driving revenue, market share and profitability across a strategically important customer.
- Lead Joint Business Planning, promotional strategy, pricing and commercial negotiations to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Full account ownership, including forecasting, budgeting and delivery of account plans.
- Build and maintain strong buyer and senior stakeholder relationships through insight-led selling.
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities across distribution, rate of sale and profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver sustainable growth.
- Manage all key commercial levers, including pricing, promotions and trade investment.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience managing major UK grocery accounts within a branded FMCG environment.
- Strong commercial operator with experience managing sizeable and complex P&Ls.
- Confident negotiator with a strong understanding of retailer dynamics, pricing and promotional strategy.
- Analytical and insight-led, with the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Agile, resilient and comfortable operating in a high-performance, high-growth environment.

Package & Additional Information
- Up to £60k base, with £6k car allowance plus 10% annual bonus.
- Excellent wider benefits package, including 10% pension, private medical insurance, life assurance and 25 days' holiday.
- Homebased role with fortnightly London office presence and regular customer engagement.
