Kepak Foods Division is a key growth engine within the Group, focused on delivering branded and value-added products across chilled convenience, ambient and frozen categories. Operating across the UK, Ireland and selected European markets, the Division serves both retail and foodservice customers through a strong portfolio of innovative brands and customer-led solutions from our manufacturing facilities.
At Kepak, we're on a mission to grow our market-leading portfolio across the Convenience & Impulse sector, and we're looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager to help make it happen.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic account manager who loves building customer partnerships, negotiating winning commercial agreements, and delivering profitable growth. You'll take ownership of key convenience and impulse customers, develop ambitious growth plans, and play a pivotal role in expanding our Quick Heat Hot Snacks, Smart F2G Solutions, and Protein Snacking portfolios across the UK.

What you'll be doing

Drive Customer Growth Strategies: You'll develop and deliver customer plans that create value for both Kepak and our customers.
- Build strong relationships with buying, category, and operational decision-makers.
- Create and execute Joint Business Plans that deliver sustainable growth.
- Unlock growth across convenience retailers, symbol groups, and key customer accounts.

Deliver Outstanding Commercial Performance: You'll take full ownership of your accounts, driving profitable growth and maximising return on investment.
- Deliver sales, margin, volume, and distribution targets.
- Manage customer P&Ls, trade spend, and promotional investment.
- Lead commercial negotiations around pricing, terms, and agreements.
- Monitor performance and implement actions to accelerate growth.

Accelerate Category & Portfolio Growth: You'll bring innovative solutions and compelling customer propositions to market.
- Drive growth across our Quick Heat Hot Snacks, Smart F2G Solutions, and Protein Snacking ranges.
- Secure new listings, range extensions, and launch opportunities.
- Develop impactful activation programmes that increase visibility and sales.

Be a Trusted Customer Partner: Success in this role will come from building strong, lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with customer commercial, category, and supply teams.
- Work closely with Tesco-facing teams to maximise opportunities across Tesco, Booker, and One Stop.

Lead Cross-Functional Delivery: You'll work across the business to ensure customer commitments are delivered flawlessly.
- Coordinate resources across Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, NPD, and Operations.
- Influence stakeholders to prioritise strategic customer initiatives.
- Contribute to channel strategy, budgeting, and commercial planning.

- Use data, insights, and customer feedback to shape future growth plans.
Requirements
- Third-level qualification or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
- 7+ years experience managing FMCG retail, convenience, wholesale or impulse customer accounts.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering profitable sales growth and customer development objectives.
- Experience leading customer negotiations, Joint Business Planning and commercial account management.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing customer P&Ls.
- Experience developing customer, category and growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of convenience retailing, impulse channels and shopper behaviour.
