National Account Manager - Housebuilders, South | Building Materials
Our client is a genuine market leader in the premium building materials sector. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager, National Account Manager, or Key Account Manager to inherit strong relationships at head office level with the top 10 National Housebuilders.
Salary: Up to £80,000 basic, excellent bonus & OTE | EV or Hybrid car | Bupa
The Role
- National Account Manager role owning National Housebuilder accounts at head office level
- Own regional Housebuilder relationships alongside national accounts
- Lead an established team of Regional Housebuilder Specification Sales Managers
- Team also covers national accounts at regional office level and key Regional Developers
- Full ownership of the South sales territory
- National account management and sales leadership combined in one senior role

This is with a household name and successful recruits at this level have progressed into senior leadership positions.
The Candidate
- Experience within building materials, construction products, or a related interiors/exteriors sector
- Track record managing National Housebuilder accounts at head office level
- Experience negotiating framework agreements at national head office / procurement level with national housebuilders
- Ready to step up into a national account management or team leader role, or already experienced managing a team

The Package
- Up to £80,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- 30% bonus
- 27 days holiday plus bank holidays
- EV or Hybrid company car
- 7% pension
