Job Description
📍 This is a homebased role, with regular travel to customer sites, meetings and occasional internal collaboration. Being out with customers and seeing the market first-hand is a key part of the role.

We’re on an exciting journey to grow and strengthen our grocery channel, putting customer partnerships at the centre of everything we do. That’s why we’re looking for a National Account Manager to join our team.
This is a great opportunity to take real ownership of a diverse and fast-moving customer base, driving sustainable growth while shaping how we show up across these channels.
This role is all about building strong, commercially effective relationships & working closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that work for both sides.
You’ll be:
- Managing and developing key accounts across grocery channels
- Leading on commercial negotiations, pricing and joint business planning
- Driving both branded and customer-specific growth opportunities
- Working cross-functionally with teams across marketing, category, supply chain and NPD to bring new ideas to market
- Keeping a close eye on trends within foodservice and out-of-home channels to spot opportunities

It’s a varied role where you’ll balance strategic planning with day-to-day account management, with plenty of scope to influence outcomes.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset and the confidence to build credible relationships across a broad customer base. You’ll likely have:
- Experience in FMCG or Food manufacturing industry
- Grocery channel account management, across retailers
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
