MacGregor Black is partnering with a food and snacking manufacturer on the appointment of a National Account Manager – M&S.
M&S is a strategically important relationship for the business. You will take ownership of account performance and help develop the partnership through strong customer understanding, reliable execution, and well-judged new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the M&S relationship and develop a clear, commercially sound account plan.
- Own sales, margin, forecasting, customer reviews, and negotiations.
- Coordinate new product activity from customer brief through to launch.
- Work closely with operations, technical, planning, and supply chain to protect service and quality.
- Use account and category insight to recommend improvements and growth opportunities.
- Resolve issues promptly and build trust through clear communication.

What We’re Looking For:
- National account experience with a major UK retailer in food or drink manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of own label development and the demands it places on cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, commercial analysis, and attention to detail.
- Evidence of protecting a key relationship while improving its performance.
- The confidence to be visible on site and represent the customer internally.
