Field Based – North – Lancashire area (covering wholesalers based in Stockport, Lakes and Yorkshire)

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, poppi, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.

About the Role
We are looking for a National Account Manager to lead a portfolio of customers and brands in the Route to Market team to deliver on commercial targets and developing effective sales strategies and executing our brand plans. This role manages P&L performance and the development of collaborative customer partnerships.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver sales, profit and share growth across our customer portfolio, advancing performance against challenging business targets.
- Create and execute compelling long-term account strategies that unlock growth for both Carlsberg Britvic and our customers.
- Collaborate across Sales, Category, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to enhance commercial results.
- Manage customer planning and forecasting, ensuring consistent execution and alignment through the S&OP process.
- Spot and capitalise on distribution, ranging and promotional opportunities to accelerate growth and outperform the market.
- Manage commercial risk, track performance against plan and take decisive action to deliver results.
- Lead by example, building an inclusive, productive culture where people are empowered, valued and supported.

Experience and Key Attributes
- Experience growing sales, profit and market share within FMCG, retail or a comparable commercial environment.
- Commercially skilled, with the ability to turn data and insights into effective customer strategies.
- Effective at building productive relationships across customers and internal stakeholders to deliver shared business objectives.
- Experienced in developing and executing strategic account plans that create value for both customers and the business.
- Solid understanding of forecasting, demand planning and the S&OP process.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to delivery and invoicing.
- Is accountable, delivers on commitments and consistently provides high-quality service to customers and stakeholders.
- Resourceful and steady, capable of coordinating multiple priorities in a busy environment.
