National Account Manager - Northern Ireland

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a National Account Manager in Northern Ireland, a role which will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here are Sysco - keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do. The successful candidate will be the National Account Manager for our Health, Education and Retail accounts.

The role requires a candidate who will be:

  • Self-starter with strong new business development and negotiation experience.
  • Proven leader who can coach, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and market data.
  • Skilled in consultative selling with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker who can identify trends and deliver innovative customer solutions.
  • Customer-focused, with a collaborative mindset and strong integrity.
  • Confident using business technology and CRM systems.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver new business sales, profit, and margin targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in a dynamic market.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption of systems, tools, and best practices.
  • Support business change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote an inclusive and high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in senior sales management within food/foodservice.
  • Full, valid driver's licence.
