Off-Trade National Account Manager

London (2 days a week in office) | £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Want to build an Off-Trade channel rather than simply inherit one?

We’re partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing independent drinks business looking to accelerate its presence across UK retail.

Having built strong momentum across other channels, the business is now investing in its next stage of growth, with Off-Trade representing a significant commercial opportunity.

This is a newly created role for someone who knows the retail landscape, has the relationships to open doors and gets genuinely excited by taking challenger brands into new customers.

The Role

  • Take ownership of developing and growing the UK Off-Trade channel
  • Identify, open and win new customers across Grocery, Convenience, Impulse, Wholesale, Specialist and Online Retail
  • Use your existing network of buyers and decision-makers to accelerate new business opportunities
  • Build compelling commercial propositions and confidently pitch the portfolio to prospective customers
  • Lead opportunities from initial introduction and negotiation through to launch and ongoing development
  • Establish sustainable partnerships that deliver distribution, rate of sale and repeat purchase
  • Identify opportunities across both physical and online retail
  • Work closely with the wider business to help shape the Off-Trade strategy as the channel grows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
