We're working with one of the pioneers of English sparkling wine, a producer that was backing English fizz long before it was cool and helped turn it into a category the rest of the world now takes seriously. The wine is made with serious craft and it's the kind of bottle sommeliers are proud to recommend. Now they're growing their presence across the UK on-trade and they want someone to lead the charge.

This is a lean, entrepreneurial team, so your ideas get heard and your wins get noticed. There are no layers and no waiting months for sign-off. What you'll actually be doing
- Owning relationships with wholesalers, contract caterers, hospitality groups and multi-site operators, both regional and national
- Winning new listings, wider distribution and the best spots on the menu
- Leading negotiations on pricing, contracts and commercial terms
- Running your account P&L — volume, revenue, profit, forecasting, the lot
- Building account plans and bringing them to life with activations and promotions, alongside marketing and ops
- Hosting tastings, training and trade events, and being the brand's biggest advocate in every room (and on social)
Who you are
You love building relationships and you know how to turn a good conversation into a listing. You're commercially sharp, confident in a negotiation and happy owning your own patch. We're looking for someone who has managed national or key accounts in drinks and can show real growth in the on-trade. An established network across the UK on-trade is important. WSET or a background in premium wine would be a lovely bonus, but it isn't a dealbreaker.

Salary: £55,000pa plus £5400 car allowance + Bonus
Ways of working: 1 day a week in Sussex
