Do you have experience within OOH/Foodservice? Are you looking for that next step with a high-growth SME? Look no further…

Here at Signature, we are partnered with a high-growth SME in the healthy drinks space who are looking for a National Account Manager to come in and take hold of their food service/wholesale business. They’re a purpose-led business that have an amazing story from starting out as to where they are now. They have had investment from a big player in the space which has enabled them to grow aggressively, they have doubled turnover from last year!

This business has a real family-feel to them. They are very collaborative, where everyone digs in and helps each other out on a day-to-day basis! This a real ‘roll your sleeves up’ environment and if doing that extra bit isn’t for you, you won’t be for them either! They have recently expanded into a new category (alongside more NPD in October 🍸), which has gone live in a major grocer and into the OOH channel, a very exciting time for them!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
