About the role:
Reporting to the Channel Manager, the National Account Manager is responsible for leading key relationships with major national kitchen retailers and delivering sales, profitability, and market share targets across all product categories. The role manages the implementation of account plans, promotional activities, forecasting, and commercial negotiations to drive sustainable business growth and best-in-class customer partnerships.

Location:
The role is field-based and will require travel across the UK to support customers and business needs. Regular travel to the Luton office will be required for meetings, collaboration, and key business activities.
What you'll do:
- Achieve sales and profit targets by fostering strong relationships and creating collaborative plans
- Formulate and implement comprehensive business plans aligned with our strategic goals
- Design full-year trade plans that are accurately costed and within budget
- Collaborate with Trade Operations to develop and execute effective activation plans
- Conduct product range analysis and work closely with the Product Line team to ensure optimal ranging
- Partner with the Training team to create and deliver annual face-to-face and online training packages
- Lead and manage an annual programme of Quarterly Business Reviews to review performance and strategize for future success
- Ensure regular and precise forecasting by working closely with retail specialists and internal teams
- Shape and influence the retailer strategy on how our products are presented in store, online and within brochures.

Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field)
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager within a commercial, consumer goods company
- Experienced in managing Head Office stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, business analysis and numerical interpretation
- Able to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Open, ambitious, and keen to grow by learning and development
- UK driving license
