Pets Choice is a leading FMCG Branded Manufacturer of products for Pets and Small Animals. With a wide portfolio of brands we distribute to all major Grocery, Wholesale, Ecommerce, Export and Pet Specialist channels, our brands include: Webbox, Bob Martin, Felight, TastyBone, Meatiful, WildThings and Spikes and our product categories range from Food, Treats, Toys, Accessories, Health and Hygiene.

We are now seeking a talented and ambitious National Account Manager to take ownership of our Pet retail accounts including Pets at Home and Jolleys.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, network and develop relationships with your National Accounts
  • Develop and execute the plan and brand strategies with existing account portfolio in line with company objectives
  • Increase distribution and visibility of products within the account base
  • Develop new business within account base
  • Responsible for the delivery of internal targets with focus on profitable growth
  • Promotional plan implementation in line with strategy and customer plan
  • Understand commercial impact – Pricing, promotions, and Investment etc.
  • Negotiate trading terms, pricing, range reset opportunities, JBP’s and cost increase where relevant
  • Develop, implement, and execute clear JBP’s with customer base ensuring focus on key measures for customer base and internal targets for Pets Choice
  • Collaborate with internal teams with focus on account specific objectives
  • Provide clear internal and external analysis of reports with focus on performance measures
  • Strong execution with retailers of NPD plans with clear implementation of support plans
  • Focus on forecasting, internal communication and understanding of retailer supply demands
  • Develop internal and customer presentations
  • Focus on category-based rationale and track competitor activity
