How many customer awards has your team won?

Our client has just picked up Ocado Supplier of the Year — and we're looking for the person who can help them do it again.

This is a Senior National Account Manager opportunity with a fast-growing food production business on the outskirts of Glasgow. You'll take ownership of the Ocado relationship, working closely alongside the Sales Controller who has helped build it into an award-winning partnership.

It's a good account to inherit. The relationship is strong, the customer is engaged and there's plenty still to go after. You'll have the autonomy to manage the account day-to-day, from JBPs, trading reviews and NPD conversations through to pricing, investment and full P&L ownership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • You'll also be joining a close-knit commercial team at a site that's growing quickly and becoming an increasingly significant part of the Scottish food manufacturing landscape.
  • There's a genuinely good culture around the business, with commercial, operations, supply chain and category working closely together rather than in silos.

We're fairly open on background. You might already be an SNAM, or a strong NAM ready for the next step. Food or broader FMCG experience would work, with private label exposure particularly useful. What's more important is that you're commercially sharp, comfortable getting into the detail of a P&L and capable of building the kind of customer relationship that creates long-term growth.
