National Account Manager - QSR Channel
Packaging & Design Industry UK & EMEA
Hybrid working - 2 days in London HQ
Up To £60,000 + Bonus
Packaging Account Management experience is essential for this role.
We’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager with packaging experience to work for a leading supplier to the QSR industry.
This role will support a cluster of European markets for one of the world’s most iconic restaurant brands. You’ll play a key role in managing packaging and growth categories, driving operational excellence, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and identifying opportunities for strategic expansion.
You’ll join a high-performing, multinational team managing packaging for a global brand at a time when sustainability, innovation, and operational precision have never been more important. This role offers exposure across markets, functions, and cultures — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver Operational Excellence — Own service delivery across assigned markets, ensuring SLAs are met and issues resolved quickly.
- Drive Client Satisfaction — Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, proactively addressing challenges and strengthening engagement.
- Build Cross-Functional Partnerships — Work closely with supply chain, marketing, operations, communications, and franchisees to ensure seamless execution.
- Resolve Complex Issues — Partner with internal and client teams to troubleshoot and align across departments.
- Identify Growth Opportunities — Spot and shape new service opportunities, expanding categories and driving value.
- Provide Market Insight — Navigate market dynamics to deliver strategic, win-win solutions.
- Support Strategic Decisions — Provide regular updates and alignment with the Senior Account Manager.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in account management, client-facing project management or category management from the packaging industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deadlines.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong autonomy.
- Solid understanding of packaging production processes and financial control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
