We're partnering with a luxury skincare brand to recruit an ambitious and commercially minded individual to join a growing team as a National Account Manager, supporting the development of key retail partnerships across the UK and EMEA. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing Account Executive, Junior National Account Manager, Key Account Executive, or Assistant National Account Manager looking to step into a broader, more strategic role with increased ownership and visibility.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help drive growth across major retail partners by supporting joint business planning, promotional activity, commercial analysis, and relationship management. You'll gain exposure to all aspects of account management, from negotiations and forecasting to launches, activations, and long-term commercial strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who has already developed strong commercial foundations within beauty, skincare, luxury, or premium FMCG and is looking for the opportunity to broaden their experience, take on greater responsibility, and progress their career within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience supporting or managing retail accounts within beauty, luxury, or premium FMCG.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and desire to develop into a fully-fledged National Account Manager.
  • Passion for premium brands and delivering commercial growth.
