You’ll combine commercial sharpness with deep market insight to deliver joint business plans that create real value. With full P&L ownership, you’ll lead planning cycles, identify category opportunities, and execute flawlessly across pricing, promotions, and innovation. This is a role for someone with a digital-first mindset, passionate about sustainability and future-facing customer strategy. As a visible and influential leader, you’ll work cross-functionally, inspire performance, and help shape the next chapter of McCain’s commercial journey.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and lead customer strategy, delivering against revenue, profit, and growth targets
- Build senior-level partnerships and influence across internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver end-to-end commercial execution – from pricing and promotions to NPD and forecasting
- Unlock new opportunities through deep consumer insight and a future-focused mindset
- Champion digital, omnichannel, and sustainability within your customer plans
What you’ll need to be successful
- Proven commercial success in retail, foodservice wholesale, or convenience channels.
- Robust account management, joint business planning, and P&L management experience.
- FMCG background, omnichannel management, and strategic planning expertise (desirable).
- Strong commercial instincts with a passion for selling and category growth.
- Deep understanding of FMCG trends and category management principles.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset—confident with numbers, data, and presentations.
- Tech-savvy, insight-driven, and able to influence at all levels.
