Role Description
The National Account Manager – Retail is a full-time remote role responsible for launching and growing Toothfairy's oral care product range across major UK retail accounts. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with national retailers, negotiating commercial agreements, securing new listings, and delivering sustainable sales growth.

Working closely with marketing, supply chain, product, and commercial teams, you will create and execute account plans, manage promotional activity, analyse performance, and identify opportunities to expand distribution and increase market share. You will play a key role in establishing Toothfairy as a leading consumer oral care brand within grocery, pharmacy, health & beauty, and specialist retail channels.

The role requires regular engagement with retail buyers, category managers, and distributor partners, together with occasional travel for customer meetings, trade events, and industry exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing national retail accounts within FMCG, healthcare, oral care, personal care, consumer goods, or related sectors.
- Strong track record of securing new product listings and delivering revenue growth with major UK retailers.
- Excellent commercial negotiation, account planning, forecasting, and business development skills.
- Strong understanding of category management, promotional planning, pricing, and retail commercial frameworks.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with buyers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems, retail sales data, and analytics to drive account performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised with excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across the UK to meet customers and attend trade events when required.
