Generics Pharmaceuticals | UK Field-Based

Join a growing generics pharmaceutical business where your relationships, commercial expertise and market knowledge will genuinely shape future success.

We are partnering exclusively with an ambitious, pharmaceutical business as they continue an exciting phase of commercial growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where you’ll have real influence, work alongside an accessible leadership team and play a significant role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy.

The Opportunity

As National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing and strengthening relationships across the UK retail pharmacy sector, working closely with wholesalers, pharmacy groups and key commercial partners to maximise opportunities across an expanding product portfolio.

You’ll inherit an established customer base while identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth, particularly as the business continues to strengthen its presence beyond its traditional markets.

Operating within an agile, commercially focused organisation, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to make decisions, contribute ideas and influence the direction of the commercial function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
