National Account Manager, Grocery
Location: Central London (2/3 office days a week)
Salary: £50-60k + Benefits

The Role:
We are looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager to take ownership of key customer relationships and deliver profitable, sustainable growth across a portfolio of national accounts. This is a high-impact role responsible for developing and executing customer strategies, building strong senior-level relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and working cross-functionally to maximise sales, margin and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow key national customer accounts (including grocery), delivering revenue, margin and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute customer account plans and JBPs aligned to the wider commercial strategy.
- Lead customer negotiations across pricing, promotions, terms, range reviews and trade investment.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and identify opportunities for incremental growth.
- Use customer, category and market insight to improve performance, distribution and promotional effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Category teams to deliver forecasts, launches and customer plans.
About You:
- Experience in account management experience, ideally within food & drink or functional wellness
- Ideally experience with Grocery accounts
- Proven success managing national or strategic customers and delivering against revenue and margin targets.
- Strong negotiator with a commercial mindset and hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle.
- Comfortable in a scale-up or fast-moving environment where initiative, adaptability, and collaboration are key.
- Purpose-led with a passion for improving access to better health and nutrition.
