Are you a Field Sales Executive, NAE working in FMCG and ready to take your next step?
I’m working exclusively on an exciting opportunity with an established British FMCG business with a growing portfolio across health, wellness, functional drinks and nutrition.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has built strong experience out in the field, developing customers and winning new business, and is now ready to take ownership of a national customer base and step into a more commercial account management role.
The business is an established, entrepreneurial FMCG manufacturer with a strong portfolio of differentiated brands and an ambitious growth agenda. The business is currently growing at 25%+, with significant opportunity across its health, wellness and functional product portfolio.
You’ll take ownership of a wholesale and specialist retail channel, with a clear objective to grow this further.
It’s an ideal stepping stone for someone who has proven themselves commercially in a field-based role and is now ready for greater ownership, national responsibility and exposure to larger customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and developing an existing portfolio of wholesale and specialist retail customers - CLF, Wholefoods, Planet Organic, Suma etc.
- Identifying and winning new business across specialist retail
- Expanding distribution and product penetration within existing customers
- Developing new routes to market for the functional drinks and wellness portfolio
- Visiting customers and prospects F2F
- Using market and customer insight to identify gaps and commercial opportunities
- Negotiating and driving incremental sales

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Brands
You'll be working with a portfolio spanning functional drinks, health, wellness and nutrition, combining established brands with exciting newer propositions.
The business has already demonstrated its ability to take differentiated products and build them into significant commercial opportunities. The next phase is about accelerating that growth, particularly across the health and wellness channel.

You'll ideally have experience working across health & wellness, functional food/drink, nutrition, specialist retail, independent retail or wholesale, although direct drinks experience isn't essential. You don't need to have managed a huge P&L or have years of traditional NAM experience.
This is about finding someone with the commercial instinct, energy and field sales experience to take the next step.
Why This Role?
This is an opportunity to make that transition from Field Sales / NAE into a genuine national commercial role while still retaining the variety and customer interaction that comes with being out in the market.
