National Account Manager – Foodservice & Specialist
St Albans – 4 days per week in-office
Competitive salary + bonus + benefits
I’m working with Lotus Bakeries to recruit a National Account Manager for Peter’s Yard, focused on the Foodservice and Specialist channel.
Peter’s Yard is a premium sourdough bakery brand with strong retail distribution and a real opportunity to grow further across out-of-home, specialist retail and premium foodservice customers.
This role will suit someone who understands quality-led food, enjoys building customer relationships, and can spot opportunities in channels like high-end cheese shops, delis, wholesalers and foodservice operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow Foodservice and Specialist customers for Peter’s Yard
- Build customer plans that drive distribution, visibility and profitable growth
- Win new business across wholesalers, end-users and specialist retail customers
- Own forecasting, promotional planning and P&L delivery across your accounts
- Work closely with Category, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver the plan
- Bring the brand to life across premium foodservice and specialist channels
- Build relationships with buyers, operators, distributors and channel partners

What we’re looking for:
- NAM or strong Account Manager experience within FMCG / Foodservice
- Experience across Foodservice, Specialist, Wholesale or Premium Retail
- Strong relationship builder with a hands-on, customer-facing approach
- Commercially sharp and comfortable managing P&L, pricing and promotions
- Foodie mindset would be a real advantage
- Organised, resilient and able to work in a fast-moving team
