At Grupo Alacant, one of Europe's leading ice cream manufacturers, we are entering an exciting new phase of international growth following the acquisition of Silver Pail, one of Ireland's largest and most established ice cream manufacturers. Together, the group is expected to generate annual revenues of approximately €300 million, creating a strengthened platform across Ireland, the UK, and Continental Europe.

As we expand our presence across the UK market, we are looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our growth journey.


What you'll be doing

  • Managing and developing relationships with major UK retail accounts
  • Delivering sales, margin, and volume targets across private label products
  • Leading Joint Business Planning processes with key customers
  • Negotiating commercial agreements, pricing, and promotional activity
  • Identifying growth opportunities and developing new business within existing and prospective accounts
  • Collaborating with Category, NPD, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams to deliver successful customer solutions
  • Analysing market trends, shopper insights, and sales performance to drive sustainable growth

What we're looking for:

  • Proven National Account Management experience within FMCG
  • Strong experience managing private label accounts with major UK retailers
  • Demonstrated success delivering commercial growth and profitability
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L management
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with retailers such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, Co-op, or M&S
  • Experience within frozen food or ice cream categories is advantageous but not essential
