Job Title
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key online accounts. You will be accountable for the overall performance of these accounts within the Brown Goods category, which includes TVs, Soundbars, Laser TVs, Monitors. You will work to ensure year-on-year growth on current trading customers and develop new trading accounts aligned to business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term account strategies to achieve sales, profit, and growth targets across designated online retailers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, routes to market, and trading partnerships to support category growth.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance and year-on-year growth.
- Monitor pricing, product trends, and competitor activity, proposing pricing and promotional initiatives through the appropriate approval processes.
- Deliver sales promotions, marketing initiatives, training, and other support activities to maximise channel performance.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, stock insights, and market intelligence to support product planning, purchasing, and business decision-making.
- Manage account budgets and investments to deliver agreed return on investment (ROI) and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Service, Finance, and Product teams to ensure efficient operations, effective returns management, accurate accruals, and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Produce regular business reports, including sales performance, forecasting, and aged stock analysis, to support effective business management.
- Conduct customer audits, identify risks and opportunities, and present recommendations and solutions to senior management.
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested by the line manager

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience managing Online/E-tail accounts is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, delivering against KPIs, and managing account budgets.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Results-driven, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Able to attend the Leeds office a minimum of 1–2 days per week and travel as required.
