Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on the vehicle claims vertical, specifically within our Parts sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge across insurance, body shop repair, and the full OE aftermarket parts sector in the UK. This remote role demands a driven, customer-centric professional who can adapt to and thrive in an ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the insurance and body shop sectors, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Strategic Account Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop tailored strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage extensive knowledge of the insurance, body shop repair, and OE aftermarket parts sectors to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align on client needs and company goals.
  • Adaptability: Remain agile in response to market changes and client demands, adjusting strategies and approaches as necessary to ensure continued success.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance metrics and report on key performance indicators, using data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
  • Problem Solving: Address client issues promptly and effectively, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact clients and the business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management within the vehicle claims, insurance, or automotive sectors, with a focus on parts and body shop repair.
  • Strong understanding of the UK market, including OEM and aftermarket parts, insurance claims processes, and body shop operations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage accounts and track performance.
