About Us
Founded in Dubai only 5 short years ago, and we're already growing internationally.
Humantra is a global wellness brand on a mission to help people achieve optimal hydration and unlock their best daily performance.
We believe hydration is the most overlooked foundation of health, energy, and mental clarity. Our electrolyte solutions are designed to support modern lifestyles - whether that's training, travelling, working, or simply getting through a busy day.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a National Account Manager with specialist knowledge of the OOH, Wholesale and Foodservice channels to lead Humantra's expansion across these routes to market in the UK. You'll identify, win and grow accounts across wholesalers, foodservice operators and OOH outlets, building new distribution largely from the ground up and playing a central role in diversifying Humantra's channel mix.
What you'll own
- Own and grow relationships across Prestige Retail, OOH, Wholesale and Foodservice accounts and identify new listing opportunities.
- Develop and execute a channel strategy and commercial plan for each route to market, focusing on both the push and pull elements of the channels.
- Negotiate trading terms, distribution agreements, range reviews and promotional activity with our route to market partners.
- Work with the Brand team to ensure Humantra shows up with impact in venues/outlets, leading the category in terms of both education and look and feel.
- Deliver against sales, distribution and profitability targets across your channel portfolio.
- Manage forecasting and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure strong service levels and availability across a fragmented wholesale and foodservice distribution network.
- Track account and channel performance and provide regular reporting and insight to the UK Head of Commercial.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
