Full Job Description
Big Time Soft Drinks Ltd is a well-established soft drinks manufacturing company producing carbonated soft drinks, cup drinks, and flavoured spring water products.
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven National Sales Manager to manage and develop our existing customer base while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving profitable sales growth and supporting the continued development of the business.

The Role
- Maintain and grow sales within our existing customer base while establishing new accounts within the wholesale, cash and carry, and discount sectors.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with national and regional customers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements to achieve profitable sales growth.
- Monitor customer performance, competitor pricing, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities to increase distribution, sales, and profitability.
- Report monthly on sales activity, revenue, profitability, and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with the company directors to achieve agreed sales and profit targets.
The Candidate Should

- Have proven sales experience, ideally within the soft drinks, food and beverage, or FMCG sector.
- Have experience working with regional and national accounts, including independent wholesalers, cash and carries, and discount retailers.
- Demonstrate a successful track record of winning new business, achieving sales targets, and developing customer relationships.
- Have strong commercial awareness, including an understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability.
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and numerical skills.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
