National Account Manager
Can be located anywhere in the UK and must have a UK Manual Driving License (happy to travel nationally on a day to day basis.)
Do you know how to turn major accounts into major growth? Are you commercially sharp enough to balance relationships, revenue, and negotiation at a national level? Then this might be the role for you!
What will you be doing?
As our National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of national trade accounts, driving profitable growth, increasing market share, and strengthening strategic partnerships. This is a role for someone who can think strategically, negotiate confidently, and deliver commercially.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and deliver strategic joint business plans to grow revenue, margin, distribution, and share of wallet across national trade accounts
- Build strong senior-level relationships with decision makers, procurement teams, and commercial stakeholders to create long-term partnerships
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, terms, rebates, and service agreements to maximise profitability
- Drive new initiatives, product launches, and market opportunities while ensuring customers are supported through legislative and market change

Success in this role will come from delivering profitable account growth, increasing Crown’s share within national accounts, and building partnerships that drive long-term commercial value.
What do you need to bring?
- Proven experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management, or senior B2B commercial sales
- Ideally a background in construction or paint/coatings
- Strong track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering profitable sales growth
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse market trends, performance data, and opportunities
- Experience working cross-functionally to deliver customer-led solutions
