Hours: 40 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Producing Contract Handover Documents following new contract awards.
- Producing PPM Planners/Maintenance Schedules for new contract awards.
- Emailing sub-contractors with new tender opportunities that come into the business and obtaining their maintenance quotations before the specified deadline.
- Updating CRM system (Sales Pipeline) with current tender opportunities and new contract awards.
- Producing a monthly report on any new contract handovers that have been completed and issued over the course of the month.
- Attending contract handover meetings to take minutes on the meeting and subsequently produce and issue the meeting minutes to the relevant personnel.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Technical Management Teams & Contract Support Teams.

Skills & Qualifications Required
Knowledge & Understanding
- Experience operating in the private FM sector (desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.
- Organised communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- High level of verbal & written skills.
Qualifications
- Education to SQA Nat. 4 Standard or equivalent Standard grade (General Pass) in English and Maths or a relevant National qualification equivalent to Higher level (Grade A-C)
