National Business Development Manager – Powered Access

UK Wide | Up to £70,000 Basic Salary + Profit Share Bonus + Company Vehicle

Are you an experienced powered access sales professional ready to step into a genuinely national role?

We’re recruiting a National Business Development Manager for an established and ambitious business within the powered access industry. This is a high-profile commercial position focused on winning, developing and growing major accounts across the UK.

This isn't a role for someone looking to break into powered access. We need somebody who already knows the industry, understands the customer base and has a proven track record of delivering new business and revenue growth.

The Opportunity

As National Business Development Manager, you'll take responsibility for identifying and securing high-value opportunities across the UK, developing relationships with key decision-makers and building long-term, profitable customer partnerships.

You'll work closely with the wider sales and operational teams, using your knowledge of the powered access market to identify opportunities where the business can add genuine value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
