We are seeking a proactive and technically confident Lighting Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Lighting Design category. You will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, nurturing key relationships, and delivering technical solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own a sales pipeline within your designated territory.
- Present technical lighting product solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide expert technical guidance to customers and branch teams.
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships by market segment.
- Communicate market trends and customer insights to the business.

- Experience in the Lighting Design arena and software knowledge.
- Proven track record in sales pipeline development and target achievement.
- Strong technical understanding of lighting products and installation.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with an ability to work across branch networks.
