National Campaigns Manager – 12 Month Maternity Cover

Popeyes are on the hunt for a National Campaigns Manager to lead some of our biggest brand, food and promotional campaigns across the UK & Ireland.

As our National Campaigns Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of nationwide campaigns, from exciting new product launches and large-scale promotions through to wider brand activity.

You’ll bring together teams across Marketing, Digital, PR & Social, CRM, Food, Operations, Tech, Customer Services, Creative and Media to make sure every campaign lands with impact, on time and in a uniquely Popeyes way.

This is a 12-month maternity cover role, reporting into our Senior Campaigns and Media Manager and based from our Ealing Broadway office three days per week.

What you’ll do here:

  • Own campaign, NPD and promotional briefs, turning customer, commercial and brand insight into strong campaign propositions
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across owned, earned, paid, CRM and restaurant channels
  • Bring cross-functional teams together, keeping everyone aligned on timings, deliverables and campaign objectives
  • Work closely with Food and Marketing teams to bring new product launches to market with impact
  • Lead how campaigns show up across our restaurants and digital ordering touchpoints
  • Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs and use the learnings to make future activity even stronger

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
