Lead National FM Delivery for a Growing Business

Atlas Workplace Services is seeking an experienced and commercially focused National Contract Manager to lead the operational delivery of a high-profile, multi-service facilities management portfolio across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven FM leader who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding results across both Hard and Soft FM services. Working closely with key customers and internal stakeholders, you will take full ownership of service delivery, compliance, commercial performance, and strategic account development.

What You'll Be Doing

As National Contract Manager, You Will

  • Lead the operational delivery of multi-service FM contracts across a portfolio of customer estates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and operational teams.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently achieved.
  • Drive a customer-focused culture that delivers exceptional service and continuous improvement.
  • Take full responsibility for the financial performance of the account portfolio, including P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and project delivery.
  • Oversee statutory compliance, ensuring all buildings operate safely and effectively.
  • Champion health, safety, and wellbeing across all sites and teams.
  • Produce and present management information, performance reports, and service reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for contract growth, service enhancement, and additional revenue streams.
  • Support recruitment, succession planning, training, and development within operational teams.
  • Collaborate with wider engineering, compliance, and operational teams to deliver best-in-class service solutions.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident and experienced facilities management professional who can combine strong operational leadership with commercial awareness.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience managing large-scale FM contracts across multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of both Hard and Soft Facilities Management services.
  • Demonstrable experience managing client relationships at senior stakeholder level.
  • Full P&L responsibility and commercial management experience.
  • Experience leading dispersed operational teams and subcontractor networks.
  • Excellent understanding of service delivery, compliance, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and make informed business decisions.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications, Certifications And Training Required

  • GCSE in English and Maths or Equivalent
  • Accredited Health and Safety qualification e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely (Desirable)
  • Driving Licence
