About The Role
We are looking for a reliable, professional and motivated NCC Operator to join our Head Office team. This is a key operational role responsible for monitoring alarms and CCTV systems, coordinating responses and supporting our operational teams to ensure the safety and security of our clients’ sites. Previous Control Room or CCTV experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond promptly to alarm activations, including intruder, fire and Panic Alarms.
- Operate CCTV systems effectively to monitor sites and support incident management.
- Track and monitor vehicles.
- Follow site-specific procedures and escalation processes accurately.
- Notify and deploy designated personnel in response to alarms and incidents.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with operational teams, providing accurate instructions and updates.
- Handle a high volume of calls from remote workers, facilitating safe access in line with strict operating procedures.
- Contact emergency services when required and follow established site protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken and communications.
- Work independently while contributing effectively as part of the wider operations team.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Good computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- The ability to follow strict procedures and make sound decisions.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including days, nights and weekends.
Essential Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence (essential).
- CCTV Licence (preferred but not essential).
- Previous Control Room or CCTV experience (desirable but not essential).

- Full-time, permanent position with a 48-hour contract.

Working Pattern
