At Currys we’re united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. As the UK’s best-known retailer of tech, we’re proud of the service our customers receive – and it’s all down to our team of 25,000 caring and committed colleagues. Working as one team, we learn and grow together, celebrating the big and small moments that make every day amazing.
As the National Delivery Partner Compliance & Company Car Scheme Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring two key areas of our operation run effectively, compliantly and efficiently. You'll lead the governance and compliance of our Delivery Partner network, helping the independent businesses that deliver and install our products on behalf of Currys operate in line with our contractual requirements, policies and legal obligations.
You'll also take ownership of our Company Car scheme, managing our lease provider relationship and ensuring colleagues receive a high-quality service. Combining compliance, governance and stakeholder management, you'll help protect the business, support our people and drive operational excellence across both programmes.
If you enjoy getting out into the business and building relationships face-to-face, this role offers regular travel across the UK, working directly with Delivery Partners and key stakeholders to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the governance and compliance of our Delivery Partner network, ensuring all partners operate in line with contractual obligations, company standards and relevant legislation.
- Conducting annual compliance audits across all Delivery Partners, identifying risks, driving corrective actions and maintaining robust compliance records.
- Managing and reviewing Delivery Partner contractual arrangements, including vehicle lease agreements and IR35 compliance checks, ensuring appropriate controls are in place.
- Acting as the custodian of Delivery Partner policies, contracts and operating procedures, conducting regular reviews and updates with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing effectiveness and compliance.
- Monitoring and managing GDPR, Modern Slavery and other regulatory compliance requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating risks across the Delivery Partner model.
- Overseeing the Company Car Scheme, ensuring it is administered in accordance with company policy, legal requirements and agreed service levels, while delivering an excellent experience for colleagues.
- Producing and analysing reporting on vehicle utilisation, mileage claims, supplier performance, scheme costs, budgets, KPIs and SLAs, providing insights and recommendations to support effective decision-making and cost control.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
