St John Ambulance works at the heart of communities, supporting and enabling them to access and receive physical and mental health first aid. We do this through developing and providing effective community response and outreach services (e.g. Ambulance response) and using our longstanding expertise to empower people with vital clinical skills and the confidence to use them (e.g. our Volunteers and Community Advocates, and Young Responders programmes).
Job Summary
Join St John Ambulance as a National eLearning & Partnerships Executive and play a key role in growing our eLearning and partnership-based revenue streams across the Sales and Business Development function. You will support the delivery of our strategy to expand our eLearning offering through the development of in-house products, optimisation of existing partnerships and identification of new commercial opportunities.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will support the introduction of Live Online training solutions through partnership models, develop relationships with new and existing partners, and identify opportunities to expand into areas such as Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) solutions. You will also contribute to improving customer experience, strengthening operational processes and supporting the implementation of LMS/TMS solutions to enable future growth, including international opportunities.

About You
- You have experience working in eLearning, partnerships, business development, commercial development or a similar environment, with a strong understanding of customer and business needs.
- You have experience building and managing effective relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- You are commercially minded and able to identify opportunities to grow revenue, develop new products and optimise existing services.
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to build relationships and influence a range of stakeholders.
- You are organised and able to manage multiple projects, priorities and partner relationships effectively.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insight to support commercial decisions.
- You are proactive and comfortable identifying new opportunities, improving processes and finding innovative solutions to business challenges.
- You enjoy working collaboratively across different teams and functions to deliver shared objectives.

About the Role
- Support the delivery of the strategy to grow eLearning and partnership-based revenue streams across the Sales and Business Development function.
- Support the development of new in-house eLearning products and optimise existing products and services to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial partners, ensuring effective account management and delivery.
- Identify, develop and support new commercial partnerships that create opportunities for growth and expand our eLearning offering.
- Support the introduction of Live Online training solutions through partnership models.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new areas, including Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) solutions.
- Support effective pricing strategies and commercial performance across eLearning and partnership activity.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective operational delivery and a high-quality customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and platforms to support efficient delivery and future growth.
- Support LMS/TMS implementation and the continued development and scaling of our eLearning capability.
- Work collaboratively across Sales, Business Development and wider functions to deliver strategic objectives and support future growth, including international opportunities.
