The role

We're looking for an inspirational sales leader who can develop people, build lasting commercial partnerships and drive performance across a national field operation. Leading an established team, you'll have the opportunity to shape capability, elevate standards and create a culture where people thrive. Alongside team leadership, you'll work closely with customers, brand partners and internal stakeholders to ensure commercial plans are delivered flawlessly, identifying opportunities for growth and helping to steer the future success of the business. This is a highly visible role offering genuine influence, autonomy and the chance to leave a lasting mark on an ambitious organisation.

The ideal fit

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams within FMCG.
  • Strong coaching and people-development skills, with a track record of improving capability and performance.
  • Experience managing key customer relationships across wholesale, convenience or foodservice channels.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver profitable growth.
  • Skilled at building influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike.
  • A collaborative leadership style, capable of working effectively across sales, marketing, supply chain and operations.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience using data and insight to inform decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable operating within a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationally.

Salary

Up to £60.000 plus benefits package including car allowance, bonus and other company benefits.
