About You
You are a commercially minded automotive professional with strong experience in fleet sales, leasing, mobility solutions, or automotive account management. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are motivated by the opportunity to help establish and grow a premium automotive brand.
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, building strong relationships with leasing companies, corporate customers, dealer networks, and internal stakeholders.
- You are highly organised, results-driven, and comfortable working across multiple projects while maintaining a strong customer focus.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of fleet market dynamics, and the ability to identify opportunities that drive sustainable business growth.
- Experience within premium automotive brands, EVs, or mobility solutions would be a significant advantage.
About the Role
As National Fleet Manager for DENZA UK, you will play a pivotal role in establishing DENZA as a leading premium electric vehicle brand within the fleet and corporate sales sector.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing the national fleet strategy, driving sales growth through leasing companies, key accounts, corporate customers, and fleet partners.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, product, dealer network, and European headquarters teams, you will identify new business opportunities, strengthen strategic partnerships, and enhance DENZA's position within the UK fleet market.
- The role requires a strong commercial mindset, market analysis capabilities, and the ability to influence key decision-makers while ensuring alignment with DENZA's premium brand positioning and long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for leasing and fleet operations, including goal setting, market positioning, and pricing strategies to support sales targets and market growth.
- Establish and manage operational setup with retailers, leasing companies, brokers, and partners to ensure efficient and scalable fleet operations.
- Develop and implement sales support initiatives, including retailer engagement, training, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of fleet programs and partner support.
- Work collaboratively with corporate, contract hire, and rental teams to support the offering and positioning of Denza products across key channels.
- Manage and resolve customer and partner issues, working cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution.
- Lead and manage key projects related to fleet operations, product launches, and partner integration, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyse publicly available competitor programs, identifying trends, customer behaviour, and opportunities to enhance performance.
- Oversee fleet inventory coordination, including order management and delivery alignment, ensuring supply meets market demand.
- Support the development of pricing strategies for fleet and leasing channels to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
- Support negotiation and execution of fleet agreements in collaboration with internal teams, leasing companies, and partners, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Monitor performance, collect market feedback, and provide insights and recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
What Do You Need to Be Successful?
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience within fleet sales, key account management, automotive leasing, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the UK fleet, leasing, and corporate mobility market.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a KPI-driven approach.
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
- High levels of self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a rapidly growing business environment.
- Passion for electric mobility, innovation, and the future of sustainable transportation.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
