š° Ā£55,000 - Ā£70,000 + Bonus (OTE Ā£85k+)
Join the key accounts team of a national company that supplies specialist equipment to the construction and civils industry. Our client has a great reputation in the construction / civils industry and is seeking a confident and dynamic key account manager that has experience working with large contractors and projects and understands how to develop these opportunities.

š§Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying, evaluating major project opportunities.
- Generating and increasing business opportunities to build lasting relationships.
- Develop sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue.
- Understand market drivers and opportunities for development.
- Negotiate specific trading agreements with customers.
- Gain expert insight into new schemes and projects being released.

šSkills & Experience Required
- 3 yearsā experience in a field-based sales role.
- Strong understanding of construction, civil engineering or hire industry.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Proven sales results and a strong motivation to develop.
- Full product training will be given as well as continuous support.
