1 Day per Week | Fixed Term (1 Year)
Are you an exceptional RE Teacher with a passion for curriculum excellence and improving outcomes for young people?
We are looking for an inspiring and knowledgeable practitioner to take on the role of National Lead Practitioner for Religious Education, supporting academies across Oasis Community Learning.
Working alongside our national curriculum team, you will help shape and strengthen RE provision across the trust by:
- Leading improvements in RE curriculum, teaching and assessment.
- Sharing best practice and supporting colleagues across academies.
- Developing high-quality resources and curriculum materials.
- Delivering professional development and subject-specific support.
- Using data and research to drive standards and student outcomes.

You will be:
- An outstanding RE practitioner with strong subject knowledge.
- Passionate about delivering an ambitious and engaging RE curriculum.
- Experienced in leading improvement and supporting colleagues.
- Committed to ensuring every young person receives an excellent education.
