Join Our Team as National Marketing & Brand Coordinator (6 Month FTC)!
We're looking for an organised, creative and commercially minded National Marketing & Brand Coordinator to join our Marketing team and play a key role in supporting the development of the NCP brand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional looking to build their experience across brand, campaigns, digital marketing, CRM, partnerships and commercial activity within a fast-paced, national business.
Working closely with the National Marketing Manager, Commercial team and wider business, you'll help deliver engaging marketing activity that drives awareness, supports our products and services, and improves the customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the development and execution of NCP's marketing and branding strategies.
- Coordinate national and local marketing activity to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Support the promotion of NCP products and services, including the NCP App and Season Tickets.
- Coordinate car park signage and promotional materials across the NCP estate, ensuring assets are delivered where and when they're needed.
- Support CRM and campaign management, working with external agencies and partners to deliver successful campaigns.
- Help develop and deliver marketing and advertising campaigns, working collaboratively with Marketing, Commercial and wider business teams.
- Build presentation materials and campaign assets to support marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Prepare marketing reports by collating, analysing and summarising sales and promotional data.
- Manage the ordering of promotional and signage materials, working closely with the internal designer and monitoring stock levels.
- Monitor marketing budgets, analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and deliver savings.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies and commercial partners.
- Keep up to date with customer behaviour, industry developments and changes in the market.

Requirements
This role requires an enthusiastic and organised marketing professional who combines creativity, commercial awareness and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will:
- Have at least 1-2 year's marketing experience, ideally across both traditional and digital channels.
- Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Have strong copywriting and communication skills, with an eye for engaging content.
- Have experience or knowledge of social media marketing, including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence producing professional presentations and reports.
- Have good data analysis and insight skills, with the ability to understand customer behaviour and campaign performance.
- Have a commercial mindset and be comfortable making decisions with financial implications in mind.
- Be confident building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be creative and enjoy developing campaigns and ideas from the ground up.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with colleagues across the business.

Ideal Experience
The successful candidate is likely to have experience working within a busy, customer-focused organisation where they have had exposure to a broad range of marketing activity.
Experience within the parking, transport, mobility, retail, facilities management or similar sectors would be advantageous, although it isn't essential.
Previous design experience and experience working with external agencies or commercial partners would also be beneficial.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, curious and commercially aware, with the enthusiasm to get involved and make a genuine contribution to the continued development of the NCP brand.
