Salary: £56,377
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid, based at any Crisis office location (Birmingham, Edinburgh, Merseyside, Newcastle, London, Oxford or S Wales), with regular travel as required

We have a fantastic opportunity for a National New Partnerships Lead to join Crisis, the national homelessness charity. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Community Fundraising, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of high-value corporate fundraising, securing transformational partnerships that directly support ambitious growth plans and life-changing services.
As part of this exciting role, you will lead the development and delivery of an ambitious new business strategy focused on securing high-value, multi-year corporate partnerships. Managing a personal portfolio of six and seven-figure prospects, you will identify, cultivate and convert new opportunities across charity partnerships, strategic collaborations, corporate foundations and gifts in kind.

You will also lead and develop a specialist new partnerships team, create compelling propositions and cases for support, engage senior stakeholders internally and externally, and help drive both income growth and organisational profile through innovative partnership opportunities.
To be successful as the National New Partnerships Lead, you will need:
- Proven experience securing high-value corporate partnerships and delivering significant income growth through new business fundraising.
- A strong track record of developing and converting six and seven-figure partnership pipelines and growth strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing and proposal development skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and creating compelling corporate proposition
